As Vice President of Capital Markets, Mike is responsible for managing all new acquisitions, dispositions, financing and equity solutions, and asset management. In addition to this role, Mike leads the process of underwriting, due diligence, and capital placement for our lending platform, Torrington Capital Partners. Prior to joining Torrington in 2022, Mike worked for Arbor Realty Trust where he underwrote and closed over $1 billion worth of multifamily loans nationwide. Mike graduated from Providence College with a degree in Finance and currently resides in Boston, MA.
