Bill Lawrence joined Torrington Properties in 2018 as the Director of Maintenance for Veridian Residences in Portsmouth, NH. Since then, he has relocated to our off-campus student housing subsidiary Campus Flats in Durham, NH, and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and 27 student housing buildings. Bill has an extensive background in maintenance, customer service, and many years as a volunteer Fire Chief.
