Matt Morgan joined Torrington Properties as Partner in October 2016. With a diverse background in development, investment, management and brokerage, Matt’s experiences guide the business operations including the firm’s real estate portfolio as well as sourcing new acquisitions and developments.  Additionally, he is involved in the asset management of all acquisitions to ensure that the strategic plan for each property is implemented effectively.

Prior to Torrington, Matt was at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank serving as a managing director in the company's Boston office, where he specialized in the representation of tenants and landlords in both lease and sales transactions. He has been involved in the sale or lease of more than 11 million square feet of commercial space. Prior to joining NGKF, Matt was a Director at Cushman &Wakefield and a Vice President at Parsons Commercial Group.

Matt supports many local charitable causes and sits on the Board of Trustees at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Suffolk County. Matt earned his B.A. in Economics at Eastern Connecticut State University.
